Our
Terms & Conditions
1.
An
assessor will visit your property to obtain information
to complete the Energy Performance Certificate.
2.
Access to the roof space and basement, if any, will
be necessary.
3.
Assessors
willl only perform their duties if a risk assessment
is to a satisfactory measure.
4.
Payment
for the assessment must be paid in full before the
assessment can be carried out. Deferred payments
- NWEPC requires invoices to be settled in full
within 10 days of receipt by the Client. Thereafter
interest will be charged on outstanding invoices
at a rate of 5% above Bank of England base rate
until full settlement is made.
5.
We
only accept bank transfer, cheques with guarantee
card or cash.
6.
Clients
may be asked to provide information about the property
and may be asked to sign the document to indicate
that the information provided is correct.
7.
NWEPC
will ring you at least one day prior to your appointment
to confirm that it is still convenient for us to
call.
8.
Two days notice are required for a cancellation.
Exclusions
The company cannot
undertake projects that fall outside the Methodology
of RdSAP (Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure)
Examples include Sheltered Housing, Nursing Homes,
Multi-occupational Property, Commercial Buildings
and properties exceeding 4 stories.
