Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
Your property will be rated and a report produced. This report, together with your EPC, will be emailed directly to you and your estate agent. We can also mail you paper copies at £2.50 each.

Up to 4 bed = £45

Invoices are to be settled within 10 working days.
Late payment: Any invoices unpaid within 28 days will be liable to a late payment surcharge of £25 per EPC.
